Which credit and debit cards do you accept?
Our third-party payment provider is Stripe, and we can accept all major credit and debit cards - VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not have access to your card details and do not keep any details on record.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes, all prices are VAT inclusive.
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us in the Note to Seller box on the Checkout page and we'll arrange one for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, please refer to the Returns page for more details.
If you want to cancel the order before it is shipped, then as long as you have notified us before it has left we will issue a full refund.

You should receive a confirmation email providing all the relevant details of your order. If you haven't, please check your Spam folder first to see if it is there. If you are still unsure please contact us and we will check to see if your order has been successfully received.
